Abstract
Choanal atresia is a development anomaly for posterior nasal opening that is not observed frequently. Rarely continue their life without being diagnosed for many years. In this article, we report a 56-year-old female patient who applied to the Otorhinolaryngology Clinic with complaints of single-sided nasal obstruction and nasal asphyxiation and was detected to have osseo-membranous-type unilateral choanal atresia. We operated on the patient with endoscopic transnasal surgical approach. No complications occurred after surgery.
