Abstract

In this study, the diagnosis and treatment process of a 57-year-old female patient who admitted with complaints of progressive hearing loss and otorrhea on the right side was discussed. Microscopic and radiological examinations revealed soft tissue thickening in the mastoid air cells and middle ear on the right side, and histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of meningioma. During surgical intervention, the meningioma was found in the mastoid and middle ear regions, and the patient received appropriate treatment with a multidisciplinary approach. This case highlights the critical aspects to consider in the diagnosis and treatment of meningiomas and the importance of a multidisciplinary approach.
