Abstract
Lobular capillary hemangiomas (LCHs) are benign, rapidly growing, and fragile masses. The etiology of these masses is unclear. They are rarely originated from the nasal wall. Due to massive bleeding nature and rapidly growing, LCH are usually misdiagnosed as malignant tumors in clinical practice. In this article, we describe a case of a giant LCH originating from the lateral nasal wall, which was excised endoscopically without preoperative embolization in the light of the literature.
